Do I need a landline for monitoring?
No. Cellular monitoring works without a home phone line and still gets through if an intruder cuts your phone or internet line. Landline monitoring is also available if you prefer it.
Should I choose landline or cellular?
We recommend cellular. It doesn't depend on a phone line, so it keeps working if the line is cut or you cancel your home phone. Landline is a reliable lower-cost option for properties with an active phone line.
Can you monitor my existing alarm system?
In most cases, yes. Most alarm panels are compatible with our monitoring station, and switching usually costs nothing because we simply reprogram your existing panel. If a part such as the control panel needs replacing, we'll tell you upfront.
