A large percentage of triggered alarm signals are mostly happen to be false alarms. Police associations across Canada are very vocal about the burden false alarms place on their limited resources. Users of security systems are subject to rising fines for frequent or repeated false alarm activity. Excessive false alarms can even prevent the authorities from responding at all, leaving your business unsecured.
Blaze Alarms has the solution to verify alarm signals. Giving every alarm user get a user ID to identify himself or himself, so when an alarm has been triggered an operator from our alarm monitoring station will call the premises where the alarm came from to see if everything is okay or the customer need the authorities to be dispatch at that point the customer will identify himself or herself with their personal ID. One more easy way to prevent false alarms is for the alarm user to enter his or her code on the alarm keypad within two minutes of the alarm, doing so will get your alarm system to send the monitoring a cancellation code telling us that a user enter their code and everything is okay.
