Camera footage

Camera systems we install record to a recorder at your property. We do not store or watch your footage. If you ask us for help with your system, we only access it with your permission and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it to answer your request, provide your service, or meet legal and tax requirements. Inquiries that don't become customers are not kept longer than needed.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with every customer's information.
